Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, unless they have been moved to packing. Orders that are already under the packing process cannot be canceled.

Refunds: Refunds are processed promptly upon successful cancellation and verification of the non-dispatch status of the package. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of plants, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Damaged Items: If any plants are received in a damaged condition (excluding damage during transit), you must report the issue within 2 hours of receipt of your order to qualify for a replacement. We require original photographs of the damaged items sent via email. Replacement items will be shipped, though shipping charges will apply.
